Aging Gracefully? No... 60 and still got it!!!

Taking these pictures was neat in many ways for me. One of the reasons I love photography so much is because I love Family History. Pictures and stories leave a legacy. Since this was part of a surprise 60th birthday celebration from her children, I really wanted to take some pictures of this wonderful woman that would later tell a story. For example, notice the beautiful scarves, She made them!!! She had a lot more to choose from too. She even said that the yarn in one of them came from a trip to New Zealand. I can think of even more stories just from the conversations we had and the objects in the pictures. I really enjoyed doing these, she has the greatest sense of humor. I still smile when I look at the pictures. She is very beautiful. Happy Birthday!!
